BALAN C&R LLC provides general handyman services. We perform minor construction, repair, installation, maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and other general services that do not require specialized contractor licensing such as electrical, plumbing, structural, or building contractor licensing.
We do not obtain construction permits or perform legal/permit processing on behalf of the client. The client is responsible for acquiring all required permits for their property where applicable.
All pricing, estimates, and proposals provided by BALAN C&R LLC are based on the information and project conditions known at the time of estimation.
Prices listed on the website or in marketing materials are indicative and may vary depending on scope, complexity, materials, labor, access conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin scheduling and preparation for the project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work.
- Payments may be made via card, bank transfer, or other authorized methods.
- If a stored payment method exists (such as the deposit card), the customer authorizes BALAN C&R LLC to charge the remaining balance upon completion.
- A customer may cancel before the start of the work and receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
- If work has already begun, the refund will be reduced by:
1) cost of materials already purchased for the project
2) cost of labor already performed
- If the customer does not respond, does not provide access, or is otherwise unreachable after the job is completed, LLC reserves the right to automatically charge the outstanding balance to the card used for the deposit or on file.
Materials may be:
- supplied by the customer, or
- purchased by BALAN C&R LLC as agreed.
Warranty for materials is provided by the manufacturer only.
BALAN C&R LLC does not provide additional material guarantees beyond the manufacturer’s policy.
Warranty on services provided by BALAN C&R LLC is offered for up to 3 months, depending on the nature of the work.
This warranty covers workmanship only, not natural wear, misuse, environmental conditions, improper maintenance, or external damage caused by third parties or other contractors.
BALAN C&R LLC is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of property value
- loss of revenue
- delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or external contractors
Liability of BALAN C&R LLC, if assigned, is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
BALAN C&R LLC does not perform:
- licensed electrician work
- licensed plumber work
- structural or load-bearing modification
- roofing requiring licensed contractor
- foundational or framing construction
- measurement marking, surveying, or boundary validation
- permit applications or regulatory compliance documentation
Any specialized work requiring a state trade license must be arranged by the customer with appropriate professionals.
By engaging BALAN C&R LLC, the customer grants permission to take photos or videos of work performed, including before/after documentation, and to use this media for:
- portfolio
- website
- advertising
- social media
- educational or promotional materials
No identifying customer personal data will be published unless explicitly permitted.
The customer agrees not to:
- hire or attempt to hire any employee, subcontractor, or associate of LLC directly
- bypass BALAN C&R LLC to hire labor privately for a period of 12 months after project completion.
Violation may result in damages equal to 250% of the full project price.
The customer agrees not to misuse the website, submit fraudulent requests, scrape data, or collect personal information from other users.
All inquiries made through forms, messages, or booking tools are considered legitimate service requests.
By using this website, the customer agrees that information submitted may be stored and used for:
- scheduling services
- communicating with the customer
- invoicing and payment
- improvement of customer experience
- marketing communication when consented
Data is stored on secure servers within the United States.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL.
Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction and courts of FL.
